Worker: Test Designer
The Test Designer is the principal role in testing. This worker is responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of test, including:
- Generation of the test plan and test model
- Implementation of the test procedures
- Evaluation of test coverage and test results, and test effectiveness
- Generation of the test evaluation summary
Staffing 
The appropriate skills and knowledge for the Test Designer include:
- Knowledge of the system or application-under-test
- Knowledge of testing and test automation tools
- Diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Programming skills (highly desirable)
